Park Hyun Ho, formerly known as Seo Goong, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of TOPP DOGG (탑독). He graduated from Pungdeok High School and enrolled in the Broadcasting Entertainment program at Yewon Arts University but was on a leave-of-absence before obtaining a bachelor's degree in the same program from Global Cyber University. He debuted in 2013, using the stage name Seo Goong, as the group's main vocalist with their first EP, "Dogg's Out." The group was not very successful, and the style did not fit all the members.
