Overview

In 1985, Naidu arrives in Isakapatnam and finds the town divided by a conflict between Chinnarao and Pothana. He uses the tension to establish himself. By 1995, Naidu holds significant power but faces new challenges from police action, political rivals, and shifting alliances.
