Overview

The Empress colludes with Murong Zhong to pin the Emperor’s death on Sui Ge. Though Murong Yao heeds his father’s commands, he still holds brotherly love for Sui Ge. Yi Xiao, along with Sui Ge’s men, fights with all their might to save Sui Ge, but it comes at a high cost. Meanwhile, Xi Yang regrets marrying Jing Shi, proclaiming she has divorced him. As news of the Emperor’s and Sui Ge’s deaths circulates, Jing Yan is anxious to be rid of Jing Shi.
