Overview

China's vast grasslands are a hard place to survive. Battered by ferocious and unpredictable storms throughout the year, the inhabitants of these grasslands have to be adaptable and tenacious to survive. During the short three-month window of summer, the plains residents have to race against time to raise their young before the onset of autumn and winter begin.
