Overview

Han and Razali go after a foreign diplomat Frederick Chastings, who uses diplomatic immunity to try and beat a murder charge. Sam and Miki discover that their murder victim, Jon Rozario, has a sensational past that goes back to a cold case in Boston … and the murder of a young Singaporean girl. The net closes in on Derek, and decides to make a break for it – by leaving the country permanently.
