Nakata resumes his sauna trips after getting used to a new normal. He visits a facility he had previously avoided due to its sports affiliation.

Nakata tries to relieve his work frustrations by relaxing in a Kinshicho bathhouse, but he struggles to drown out the voices of the other patrons.

Hoping to stop his childhood friend from moving back to their hometown, Mr. Handsome Steam challenges him to a test of endurance in a tent sauna.

After seeing his younger colleague struggle, office worker Mr. Helper invites him to go to the sauna together and offers him some advice.

While visiting his mother in his hometown, Nakata finds his late father's old notebook. Inside, he discovers his father's past passion for saunas.

Following the sketches in his father's notebook, Nakata visits a bathhouse in Kyoto. He reminisces about his father while steaming in the sauna.

Before heading home, Nakata visits a facility in Kobe that features a palatial Turkish steam bath, a salt sauna, a waterfall shower and more.

While taking a break in Sauna Hokuo, Murata panics when his colleague appears. He tries to avoid being noticed with help from Nakata and the others.

Keeping his after-work activity secret from his wife, truck driver Adachi often goes alone to a love hotel room that contains a private sauna.

Mr. Coincidence goes on a long-awaited sauna trip with his daughter, but their contrasting levels of excitement begin to sour the atmosphere.

On the day the group is set to go on its first trip together, Mr. Coincidence and Mr. Handsome Steam are forced to quarantine. Nakata departs alone.

Nakata explores the utopian sauna of Mifuneyama Rakuen Hotel, experiencing everything it has to offer. There, he encounters a familiar face.
