Tanveer decides to seek revenge against Sanam and Seher. Seher goes to Rehaan's funeral, but Tanveer refuses to let her see the body. Later, Tanveer asks Aahil to take Sanam away.

Seher is upset after seeing Rehaan's body from afar. At night, Seher visits Rehaan's grave, and Nayi Sanam hits her on her head. Later, Nayi Sanam coaxes Tanveer to seek revenge.

Tanveer tells Sanam that she has kidnapped Seher and threatens to kill her. Faiz extends an inappropriate proposition to Haya. Sanam burns the diary while Aahil tries to stop her.

Faiz tries to take advantage of Haya, but Rahat returns and stops him. Haya and Rahat reprimand Faiz for his actions. Later, Tanveer gives Sanam five minutes to save Seher.

Faiz challenges Rahat to a fight, and they decide to battle each other. Further, Faiz falls on a sharp object and dies. Later, Sanam goes to save Seher and tries to untie her.

Tanveer traps Sanam and Seher and also ties them up. Later, Nayi Sanam and Tanveer celebrate their success. Aahil receives clues about Anwar’s killer and decides to investigate.

Tanveer searches for her daughter frantically and reaches the doll factory to talk to the imprisoned Nawab. Later, when Aahil finds a clue, he drives back to the factory.

Tanveer tries to call her daughter but leaves a voice message when the call does not connect. Later, Sanam reveals Tanveer's secrets to Aahil, who is shocked.

Sanam reveals Tanveer's dirty secrets to Aahil, who questions Tanveer. Thereafter, Tanveer takes Aahil to the basement and locks him up. Later, She prepares to shoot Seher.

Aahil stops Sanam from shooting Tanveer. Later, Tanveer fires a cannon at the Qureshi family but is herself fatally hurt from the backward thrust of the cannon.

Tanveer pushes Aahil away and says that he is not her son. Later, Sanam tells Aahil that the tumultuous phase in their lives has strengthened their relationship.

Sanam and Aahil leave for the 'dargah' without Seher, who is to join them afterwards. Later, Sanam ties a 'tabeez' around Aahil's neck to stave off the forces of evil from him.

Nayi Sanam imprisons Seher in a cage. She tells Seher that evil never ends but comes in different forms. Later, Nayi Sanam sends an imprisoned Seher's picture to Sanam.

Nayi Sanam sells Seher to a prostitution racket. When Sanam learns about it, Nayi Sanam blackmails her. Later, Sanam finds the truck that is carrying Seher.

Sanam looks for Seher in the truck while Seher sneaks out. Sanam gets trapped and enquires a girl about Seher. Further, Seher escapes from the goons but gets hit by a truck.

Aahil looks for Sanam, but he is unable to find her. Thereafter, Gazalla and Razaq spy on Nayi Sanam. Later, Sanam gets thrown out of the truck and falls into a river.

Sanam gains consciousness and finds herself in a deserted area. Further, Sanam loses her memory and asks commoners for help. Later, Nayi Sanam performs black magic on Aahil.

Sanam flees after witnessing a murder. Further, Nayi Sanam learns that Sanam has disappeared after the truck met with an accident. Later, Aahil evicts Nayi Sanam from the house.

Revolters chase Sanam to kill her, and she runs for her life. Thereafter, Shaad breaks down to find Liyaqat's dead body. Later, Shaad protects Sanam and fights the revolters.

Nayi Sanam sends Aahil a picture of an imprisoned Sanam. Meanwhile, Sanam thinks herself to be Jannat, who is married to Shaad. Later, Shaad enquires Jannat about Liyaqat's murder.

Shaad plans to take revenge on Shashi for Liyaqat's death and keeps the file inside a secret vault. Thereafter, Shaad refuses to marry Misbah, but his father forces him.

Shaad admits in front of everyone that Jannat is his wife. Further, Misbah is revealed to be Tanveer's daughter. Aahil takes Nayi Sanam to the doctor, and she fears being exposed.

Aftaab asks Misbah to stay in his house. Elsewhere, the doctor spots a knife in Nayi Sanam's X-ray report, and she kills him. Later, a man carrying a gun sneaks into Shaad's house.

Nayi Sanam finds out that Nazia is pregnant and decides to use it to her advantage. Later, she forces Aahil to announce her pregnancy to the media. Meanwhile, Jannat meets Misbah.

Upon seeing Misbah's face, Jannat feels angry. Thereafter, Misbah advises Aftaab to organise a reception for Shaad and Jannat. A masked Shashi Kapoor plans to disrupt Shaad's life.

Jannat gets angry when she sees Misbah. Hence, Misbah decides not to attend Shaad's reception. Elsewhere, Aahil misses Sanam, and Nayi Sanam asks him to forget her.

Nayi Sanam blackmails Aahil. Huma tries to talk to Aahil regarding something important about Nayi Sanam. Meanwhile, everyone except Jannat faints at her wedding.

Shashi finds the key to the locker where Shaad keeps the files. However, Jannat catches her trying to steal from the locker. Nayi Sanam finds Huma and makes her kill herself.

The Pakistan army traces Jannat’s call to Aahil and arrives at Shaad’s house. Aahil learns that Nayi Sanam’s doctor has passed away. Shashi drops her fake thumb in a dustbin.

Shashi retrieves her fake thumb. Meanwhile, Aahil finds that Nayi Sanam possesses apparatuses for performing black magic. Jannat asks Shaad to have her talk to her parents.

Jannat dials Aahil’s number, but Aahil fails to receive her call. Later, Dilawar goes into a coma before giving Aahil the information about Sanam.

Sanam fails to recognise Aahil when they talk over the phone. Meanwhile, Jannat catches Shashi trying to open Shaad's locker. Nayi Sanam finds out that Sanam is still alive.

Shaad gives Jannat a watch that can send an SOS signal to him. Later, Jannat sends a distress signal to Shaad. He runs back to Jannat while leaving Shashi in his car.

Shashi breaks the window of Shaad's car and comes out just before the bomb explodes. Meanwhile, Shaad interrupts Nayi Sanam before she can poison Jannat.

Shaad tells Jannat the story of his mother. Later, Jannat tries to solve Shaad's problems. Nayi Sanam tells Razaq that Aahil will not accept Sanam even if she regains her memory.

Shashi wants to kill Shaad and Jannat. Nayi Sanam draws Razaq's and Gazalla's blood and makes a magical potion with it. Later, Shaad recites a 'shayari' for Jannat.

Jannat has visions of Aahil as Shaad is about to put a ring on her finger. Shashi crushes Shaad's watch. Later, Wahida tries to throw away Shashi's gun but fails.

An armed Shashi accompanies Shaad, Jannat, Aftaab and Wahida to the tomb of Chand Bibi. Meanwhile, Nayi Sanam pours her potion into the pool and throws Aahil into it.

A masked person kicks Shaad from the edge of a cliff. Later, Misbah locks Jannat inside a maze. Elsewhere, Aahil vows to punish Nayi Sanam as he knows about her evil plan.

In Aahil's office, he asks an employee to keep Nayi Sanam busy while he makes a phone call to inquire about Sanam. Shaad enters a maze near the tomb of Chand Bibi to find Jannat.

Shaad finds an injured Jannat. Aahil mistakenly shoots Nayi Sanam as he blames her for Sanam's death. Shaad thinks that Shashi is responsible for Jannat's condition.

Jannat is curious about Misbah's identity, and she resolves to find out the truth. Aahil learns that Nayi Sanam is not pregnant. Jannat tries to find the keys to a locked room.

Jannat finds a gun in Misbah's room, and she takes it. Later, Misbah takes the gun from Jannat's room. When Jannat tells Shaad about Misbah's gun, he finds it hard to believe.

Nayi Sanam tries to entice Aahil, but he manages to escape her allurement. Jannat follows Misbah into an empty godown and learns that she has kept a lady hostage.

Jannat learns that the lady hostage is the real Misbah. Further, she brings her home with her. Meanwhile, Nayi Sanam introduces Saif as Nazia's boyfriend to Aahil.

The fake Misbah is worried to find the real Misbah missing. Nayi Sanam checks into a hotel with Saif, and Aahil follows them. The fake Misbah finds another woman in Jannat's room.

Jannat fails to expose Shashi's ploy as she succeeds in kidnapping Misbah again. Meanwhile, Nayi Sanam's dress catches fire as she tries to get close to Saif in the hotel room.

Jannat finds an excuse to search the house to find Misbah. Meanwhile, Nayi Sanam is horrified to learn the reason behind Aahil's plan to test the truth of her pregnancy.

Jannat fails to find Misbah. Further, Nayi Sanam makes up an excuse for not taking the pregnancy test as she does not find Nazia. Later, the immigration officer arrests Jannat.

Aahil refuses to accept the test results and demands a paternity test. Jannat stuns Shashi's men and manages to escape. Nayi Sanam reveals the name of the father of her child.

Aahil seeks advice from Nayi Sanam's mother. Meanwhile, Jannat returns home and is shocked to find Misbah's dead body. Later, Shashi holds Jannat at gunpoint as Wahida exposes her.

While Jannat prevents Shashi from killing Aftaab, Nayi Sanam tells Aahil about Nazia's pregnancy. Later, Shashi tries to strike a deal with Jannat to extract the file.

Tanveer tries to scare Jannat by suffocating her with gas. Further, Nazia is ready for her engagement with Saif. However, Saif wants to be with Nayi Sanam.

Tanveer kills Wahida and flees. Shaad follows her in an attempt to capture her. At the ring ceremony, Saif expresses his love for Nayi Sanam but completes the ceremony with Nazia.

Tanveer apparently dies after a fall. Shaad identifies the fingers of the dead body. Further, Jannat and Shaad visit India. Aahil is confident that fate will unite him with Sanam.

Jannat and Shaad meet Mithilesh in Delhi. Shashi tries to create an explosion. Aahil conspires to escape from the trip. Further, Aahil believes that he is destined to meet Sanam.

Mithilesh tries to ruin Shashi's attempt of the bombing. Shaad and Aahil encounter each other. Later, Jannat and Aahil accidentally exchange a few words at the airport shoe store.

Aahil helps Shaad to diffuse the bomb. Further, Mithilesh detains Nayi Sanam. Meanwhile, Shashi escapes from the police. Later, Aahil goes to Dharamshala to get rid of Nayi Sanam.

Coincidentally, Aahil, Shaad and Jannat stay at the same hotel. Nayi Sanam tries to romance Saif but is interrupted. Meanwhile, Aahil likes the scarf that Jannat chooses for Shaad.

On hearing Aahil's voice, Jannat tries to follow him. Shaad learns that someone has already asked the artist to sketch Jannat's portrait. Later, Nayi Sanam is shocked to see Nazia.

Aahil gets hurt while trying to save Shaad. As Aahil holds Jannat's hand, she recollects snippets of her past. Later, Nazia tells Nayi Sanam that she is going to sleep beside her.

Aahil learns that Nayi Sanam is pregnant and brings her home. Jannat invites Aahil to watch meteor showers. Further, Nayi Sanam asks Gazalla and Lateef to keep an eye on Aahil.

Nazia questions Saif and Nayi Sanam, but the latter pacifies the situation. Aahil and Jannat wish upon the stars. Later, Shaad feels insecure about Jannat and Aahil's closeness.

Nayi Sanam burns an album of photographs that has Jannat's pictures in it. Later, Jannat arrives at Aahil's house and tells him that she has consented for her wedding with Shaad.

Nayi Sanam replaces Shaad's letter to Jannat with a loving note. Meanwhile, Shashi learns secrets about the Ibrahim family. Later, Shaad encourages Aahil about finding Sanam.

Jannat does not react to the letter, and Shaad thinks that she has accepted his truth. As Lateef snaps the air conditioner's wire, Shaad and Jannat come to sleep in Aahil's room.

Nayi Sanam tampers with the microwave so that it blasts when Jannat opens its door. Later, Aahil prevents Jannat from getting hurt, and Jannat has a feeling of déjà vu.

Nayi Sanam mixes chilli in the biryani to humiliate Jannat. Thereafter, Tanveer infuses poison in the pie and asks Aahil to eat it. Later, Shaad eats the poisoned pie and faints.

Shashi decides to kill Jannat and Aahil to avenge Tanveer's death. Further, Aahil informs Jannat that Shaad is out of danger. Later, Aahil learns that the car brakes have failed.

Jannat regains her memory after the accident. Thereafter, Sanam faints again, and Aahil splashes water on her face. Aahil gets shocked to see Jannat losing her memory yet again.

Aahil and Sanam are taken to the tribal village. Aahil performs a difficult task for the tribal people and impresses them. Later, Nayi Sanam plans to cast a spell on Shaad.

The tribal man announces Kasturi's wedding with Aahil. However, Aahil refuses to marry Kasturi. Thereafter, Nayi Sanam instigates a worried Shaad against Jannat and Aahil.

Aahil tells Jannat that he dreamt of having a family with her as he loves her the most. Thereafter, Aahil convinces the tribal people to kill him and let Jannat go.

When Aahil tries to kiss Jannat, she slaps him. Further, Nayi Sanam informs Shaad that Aahil and Jannat have met with an accident. Nazia weeps after learning about Aahil's death.

Jannat and Aahil arrive at the house, and everyone gets shocked to see them alive. Thereafter, Jannat rushes to Shaad and hugs him while Aahil breaks down to see them together.

Shashi devises a new plan to kill Aahil. Further, she ignores Juda's call, and he gets offended. Later, Nayi Sanam tries to bring Shaad and Jannat closer.

Sir Juda leaves for Shashi's party. The zip of Jannat's dress loosens up, and Nayi Sanam spikes her drink. Later, Aahil agrees to sing, and Shashi plans to electrocute his guitar.

Shashi fails to kill Aahil and witnesses Nayi Sanam's powers. Thereafter, Sir Juda, who is actually Razia, comes to the party. However, Shaad doesn't suspect her.

Sir Juda tells Shashi that she knows about her origin. Elsewhere, Shaad spots Aahil and Jannat's picture and gets surprised. He confronts Aahil and asks him to tell him the truth.

Aahil tells Shaad that Jannat is Sanam. Hence, Shaad decides to tell Jannat the truth. Later, Sir Juda tells Shashi about her transformation from Razia to Sir Juda.

Sir Juda advises Shashi to win over Nazia's trust and use her to take revenge on Aahil. A man comes to Aahil's house, whom Jannat suspects to be the caller, who had threatened her.

Shaad proves that Sanam loves Aahil more. He also vows to help Sanam remember her past love life with Aahil. Later, Nayi Sanam makes Sanam sick by using her black magic skills.
