Overview

A ginseng-hunting trip in the Greater Khingan Mountains ends in tragedy, prompting Liu Laoshuan to seek the help of veteran hunter Ma Sanye, who was driven out of the village years earlier. Soon after Ma's return, a series of unexplained deaths and unsettling incidents plunge the isolated community into fear. As Ma investigates, he uncovers a conspiracy tied to a decade-old secret.
