Dr Nayan, an ophthalmologist, is considered a saviour of people for low-cost eye treatments. However, the seemingly humble man hides a sinister obsession behind the walls of his clinic.

Nayan develops a device that allows him to see through another person’s eyes. He uses it on Madhavi, Gowri Shankar's wife. Soon, Nayan’s obsession with Madhavi leads him to witness a disturbing event.

A distraught Nayan reaches out to the police, claiming to have witnessed a murder. But his confession confuses the police. On the other hand, Madhavi mourns the death of her husband before the police.

Nayan continues to investigate Madhavi’s husband’s murder after failing to convince the police but feels an unknown presence watching his moves. Meanwhile, Madhavi fears getting caught.

Police officer Harishchandra’s investigation gets a twist when he finds the victim's wallet with a thief. Although his suspicions lie on Madhavi, he discovers Nayan's lab and a horrifying secret.

Harishchandra and Nayan's investigations bring them face to face with the culprits behind Madhavi's husband, Gowri Shankar's murder. As the scars of the past get revealed, what lies ahead for Madhavi?
