Jagriti - Ek Nayi Subah

Kalikant rules the Chitta community of Mokshgarh. Harish's pregnant lover Geeta flees her home and comes to him. Fearing Kalikant, Harish takes her out of Mokshgarh and she gives birth to a baby girl.

Harish separates from Geeta to save Jagriti. The police register Jagriti's name and Constable Pandey predicts her future. Seven years later, Jagriti goes for her first hunt and returns with an animal.

Golu tells Durjan something and the latter forces Jagriti to take up weapons. However, instead of shooting the rabbit, Jagriti drives it away. Later, Durjan announces his heir, which shocks everyone.

Jagriti saves a rabbit's life from Golu. Kalikant's son, Akash, and Jagriti become friends. Jagriti gives the rabbit to Akash for its safety. Durjan puts a condition in front of Harish for liquor.

Jagriti uses her wit to fulfil Durjan's condition. Nanda disallows Harish's treatment despite his deteriorating condition. Jagriti accepts Durjan's condition to earn INR 100 per day for the treatment.

Jagriti refuses to sell her mother's anklets for money. Later, she finds a way to earn money. After hearing about Jagriti, Harish sets out to find her. Jagriti climbs a tree to remove a beehive.

Golu and his friends aim at the beehive and fall victim to the bees. The hive falls into the fire and gets destroyed. Harish comes there, but his condition deteriorates, and Jagriti brings him home.

Jagriti agrees to become a Chitta. Nanda tries to feed Jagriti non-vegetarian food, but Harish stops her. He talks about earning money and quits alcohol. Harish and Jagriti spend time together.

Solanki tells Kalikant that Geeta is returning to Mokshagarh with her husband and daughter. Ballu seeks Kalikant's help and plots to kill Harish at his behest. Later, Harish falls into an abyss.

Harish's friend and Jagriti rescue Harish and bring him to Basti. Jagriti catches a bird and tries to sell it for Harish's treatment. Kalikant's wife explains the importance of freedom to Jagriti.

Kalikant learns from Jagriti that Harish is alive. He gets angry at Durjan's actions and shares his concern with his mother. Jagriti decides to hunt to arrange money, and Akash calls her a liar.

Durjan tells Kalikant that he wants to make Jagriti the best Chitta. Meanwhile, Akash shows Jagriti a way to earn money. Geeta and her daughter Sapna arrive while Jagriti tries to sell fruits.

Geeta buys all of Jagriti's fruits and pays her INR 100, and later, Jagriti gives the money to Durjan. Furthermore, Jagriti tells Harish how she earned the money and asks Bindi about her mother.

Durjan is worried about Kalikant's anger and talks to Nanda about Jagriti. Jagriti lets the birds in the cage fly away. Angered by this, Nanda locks her in the cage.

Mangala stops Bindi from helping Jagriti. Kachori saves Jagriti from a snake. Jagriti cages the birds again and makes a promise to them. As per the condition, Nanda is forced to release Jagriti.

Golu and his friends drive away Jagriti's customers. Akash saves Jagriti from Suraj's anger. Surya tries a trick to stop Jagriti from selling her fruits. However, a few school kids buy the fruits.

Durjan hatches a plan against Jagriti. Jagriti returns Geeta's money and tells her that she belongs to the Chitta community. A cop talks about punishing Jagriti, but Geeta intervenes.

Geeta saves Jagriti from the inspector and later inspires her to get educated. Jagriti tells everyone in her community the importance of education. Durjan feels perplexed after hearing this.

Bindi worries about Jagriti and Harish asks her to forget her dream to study. Durjan burns Nanda's hand for her words. Jagriti makes a wheelchair for Harish to introduce him to Geeta.

Durjan threatens Harish. Jagriti takes Harish to meet Geeta, but the latter does not arrive. The principal puts forth a condition when Harish requests him to admit Jagriti to the school.

The principal tells Kalikant that Harish visited him for Jagriti's admission. Kalikant calls Durjan to the mansion and teaches him a lesson. Later, Kalikant tells Avadhesh that Geeta has met Jagriti.

Durjan gives Jagriti a blank paper signed by Kalikant and tells Nanda about Kalikant's order. Later, Jagriti prepares to go to school. Suddenly, Kalikant comes to shantytown with his men.

Kalikant and his men forcibly take Jagriti away. He is happy that he has an upper hand on Solanki. After seeing Geeta, Jagriti calls her for help. Harish decides to bring Jagriti back.

Kalikant gets Jagriti locked in the cow shed. Harish remains headstrong about his decision to save Jagriti, and Raka supports him. Akash tries to help Jagriti, but Ganga stops him.

Geeta looks for Jagriti in the jungle. Soon, Harish also comes there. Raka rescues Jagriti from Kalikant's cowshed and tries to help Harish and Jagriti flee Mokshgarh, but they fall into his clutches.

Kalikant tries to kill Harish. SP Amol arrives, and Jagriti seeks his help. Kalikant tries unsuccessfully to bribe Amol. Meanwhile, Avadhesh warns Geeta to stay away from Jagriti.

Amol and Kalikant strike a deal, and Jagriti is shocked to see them shaking hands. Geeta decides to focus on her work. Kalikant puts forth a condition to Jagriti for earning money.

Akash promises to help Jagriti get educated. Avadhesh visits Kalikant's mansion with his wife and Sapna. Geeta comes to the court as a judge and sentences Raka, who has arrived as an accused.

Bindi and Ratna are shocked to see Geeta in court. Kalikant threatens Avadhesh and reveals about his relationship with Jagriti. Ratna forbids Bindi from telling Harish about Geeta's return.

Nanda punishes Bindi and Ratna and later puts forth a condition for Bindi. Sapna falsely accuses and punishes Jagriti. Akash makes a promise to Jagriti, while Kalikant's mother assigns her a task.

Jagriti fulfils the condition by milking a cow and asks Kalikant for money. Kalikant's mother gives her a special coin instead. Jagriti takes it and leaves for her home, and Kalikant learns about it.

Kalikant's mother explains her decision to him. Jagriti returns home and questions Bindi about breaking Harish's wheelchair. She gives Durjan the mansion coin and tells Harish that she will study.

Amol fights with Geeta. Bindi lies to Geeta that Jagriti is her daughter. Kalikant’s mother tortures Jagriti on the pretext of purification, and Ganga advises Akash to empower Jagriti.

Bindi tells Durjan about Geeta, and he questions Kalikant. Kalikant advises Durjan on how to keep Geeta away from Harish and Jagriti. Akash forgets his tiffin, and Jagriti takes it to school for him.

At school, Jagriti helps Akash. Nanda and Durjan discuss marriage with Bindi and Harish separately. Kalikant plans to punish Jagriti for going to school. Kalikant’s mother assigns Jagriti a task.

Akash scolds Jagriti when she seeks his help. Jagriti clears Kalikant and others' doubts about the school incident. Later, she learns about Harish and Bindi's wedding and rushes to stop it.

Jagriti tells Kalikant’s mother that she has completed her task. She narrowly avoids being hit by Amol’s car, and he ogles at Bindi. Later, Bindi and Harish's haldi ceremony takes place.

Ganga finds pillows in Akash's place on his bed. Kachori shows Jagriti what a stepmother can be like. Akash meets Jagriti, and she hides him from Durjan's sight. Akash cleverly escapes Durjan.

Jagriti fixes Harish's wheelchair. Geeta and Kalikant have a confrontation. Jagriti sits to study with Akash and Suraj. When Kalikant gets angry, Ganga intervenes, but he has her burn Jagriti's slate.

Jagriti tells Akash that she doesn't like to study secretly. Amol discovers that Bindi is unmarried and decides to have her with Jagriti's help. Meanwhile, Jagriti contemplates learning from Geeta.

Raka's wife Ratna gives birth to a son, and Durjan takes him to Kalikant. When Jagriti opposes Kalikant's ritual, he fires a gun at her. Akash gets angry due to Kalikant's actions.

Bindi promises Jagriti that she won't marry Harish until she accepts her as her mother. Jagriti and Akash enter the police station to steal the false documents against the Chitta community.

Jagriti and Akash escape from the police station and realise that they got the wrong files. Kalikant gives his mother the actual files. Akash tries to get them and tells Jagriti about their contents.

Jagriti tries to burn the Chittas' file, but Kalikant arrives. Later, the police arrest Jagriti on false theft charges. Kalikant punishes Akash for supporting Jagriti.

The inspector tells Bindi what she needs to do to free Jagriti. While Amol waits for Bindi, Geeta arrives there. Geeta gets Jagriti out of the lockup, and then faces Harish.

Kalikant gets angry at Amol as Geeta decides to send Jagriti to a juvenile home and files an FIR against her. The juvenile home's vehicle meets with an accident, and Harish and Bindi get into a fight.

As advised by Sadhu, Jagriti treats a little goat. Geeta goes to the police station after learning about Jagriti. Amol lies to her about Jagriti's escape. Kalikant asks Amol to shoot Jagriti.

Inspector Singh intimidates the slum dwellers. Bindi has a bad dream. Geeta, Bindi, and Harish look for Jagriti. At Sadhu's advice, Jagriti visits the police to seek justice for Jhunki, a goat's kid.

Jagriti arrives at the juvenile home, where a girl named Shivani harasses her. Harish and Bindi come in disguise to help Jagriti flee, but Jagriti decides to follow Geeta's advice and go to court.

In the court, Ibaadat empowers Jagriti. Amol is shocked to see Geeta there. Harish has a scary dream. Jagriti defends herself, and upon hearing her argument, Kalikant's lawyer pretends to fall ill.

Harish runs into Geeta at the court. Kalikant asks Ballu to kill Jagriti and tells Harish to protect her. Geeta worries for Jagriti's safety due to her absence. Harish saves Jagriti from Ballu.

Akash and a few Chittu community kids help Jagriti escape Ballu to get to the court. At Geeta's orders, Kalikant also comes to court. Geeta takes care of Jagriti’s injuries, and the hearing begins.

Based on Jagriti's testimony, Geeta conducts a search operation at the mansion, but Akash lies on camera. Harish too testifies in Kalikant's favour, but Geeta gives the verdict in Jagriti's favour.

Jagriti introduces herself to Geeta. She tells Harish and Bindi she wants to become a judge like Geeta. Jagriti says something about her birth that makes Geeta ask Harish if Jagriti is their daughter.

Jagriti thanks Akash and, upon returning to the shantytown, forgives Durjan as well. Geeta suspects that Jagriti is her daughter. Jagriti finds a phone. Harish decides to marry Bindi the next day.

Amol's words scare Geeta. Akash tells Jagriti that she has found Geeta's phone. When it turns on, Akash finds that Jagriti is Geeta's daughter, and Akash informs Ganga. Kalikant announces a decision.

Harish and Bindi's wedding rituals begin. Kalikant provokes Amol with a video of Geeta and Harish. Akash tells Jagriti that she is Geeta's daughter, prompting Jagriti to run to stop the wedding.

Harish and Bindi's wedding rituals take place. Jagriti arrives and reveals how she discovered the truth. Owing to Amol's conspiracy, Geeta falls prey to a bomb blast while trying to save Jagriti.

Harish arrives at the accident site and rushes Geeta to the hospital. Amol learns about this and takes Geeta home. A distressed Jagriti decides to observe a Chhath fast for Geeta's well-being.

Bindi tries to stop Jagriti from fasting, but Jagriti convinces her to let her fast. Amol attempts to kill Geeta, but nothing untoward happens. Harish witnesses everything in hiding.

Harish tricks Amol. After learning about Golu's misdeed, Jagriti ensures Kachauri doesn't have the spiked food. Durjan stops Ballu from disrupting the fast. Akash informs Ganga about Jagriti's fast.

Ganga sends Gangajal to Jagriti through Akash, which Jagriti uses for the Nahay-Khay ritual. Avadhesh and Sujata come to see Jagriti. Later, Ganga explains the next rituals of Chhath Puja to Jagriti.

Avadhesh learns that Jagriti has observed a Chhath fast for Geeta. He takes Jagriti to Geeta and gives her money to prepare for the fast. Amol returns home drunk and fights with Avadhesh and Sujata.

Avadhesh slaps Amol for his actions. Ganga assists Jagruti over the phone. Amol threatens to expose Geeta’s past to the media, and Sapna pushes Jagriti as she comes to tie a thread to Geeta.

Sujata requests Jagriti to go away from Geeta and keep the truth hidden. Jagriti ties the sacred thread to Geeta and leaves. Later, she imagines everyone cursing her, and Geeta coming to her rescue.

Jagriti and the villagers go to the ghats. Kalikant fails to stop them from performing puja due to Madan Chaddha. Jagriti stays in the water until Geeta arrives and Geeta regains consciousness.

Geeta meets Jagriti at the ghat. Jagriti completes her fast but does not reveal the truth to Geeta. Harish asks Jagriti the reason behind it, while Akash urges Ganga to tell Geeta the truth.

Akash urges Jagriti to tell the truth to Geeta. Later, Geeta questions Jagriti's marital status on seeing Bindi, but Harish answers her. Geeta is accused of bribery, leading to a raid at her house.

Geeta is suspended on charges of bribery. To stop Jagriti and Geeta from uniting, Bindi makes a deal with Amol. Kalikant orders the Chitta community to do illegal work in order to become a minister.

A problem arises with Jagriti's admission to school. To meet Kalikant's demand, Harish sets a condition before Durjan. Geeta comes to the chawl, but Jagriti, instigated by Bindi, asks her to leave.

Geeta learns that Harish took her to the hospital and assigns a task to the constables. Bindi recalls Amol's words and asks Jagriti to address her as her mother, but Harish bluntly responds to Bindi.

Jagriti addresses Bindi as her mother. Soon, the reason behind this is revealed. Due to Kalikant's ploy, Akash and other kids at school oppose Jagriti studying with them, but the tables begin to turn.

Bindi visits Geeta's house looking for Jagriti. Kalikant announces his decision. Geeta opposes it, but Jagriti accepts Kalikant's decision. Kalikant tells the school principal about the next plan.

Geeta talks to Harish, and Kalikant sends their recorded video to Amol. At school, a teacher tests Jagriti. Harish warns Geeta that Amol poses a threat to her. Jagriti is locked in the classroom.

Sapna calls Geeta to the school. Using water, Jagriti frees herself. Amol tells Bindi a plan against Geeta. At school, Geeta looks for Sapna, and Harish looks for Jagriti. Sapna gets angry with Geeta.

Geeta gets injured because of Sapna, and Jagriti cannot tolerate it. At Amol's behest, Bindi takes Harish's phone to him. Jagriti teaches Sapna a lesson. Later, Harish sees his phone with Bindi.

Bindi has a nightmare. Jagriti refuses to wear the uniform bought with the hunting money. The principal asks Jagriti to arrange for her fees. Later, Jagriti learns that Geeta is leaving Mokshgarh.

Akash saves Jagriti from a few people at the school. When Geeta's character is questioned, she goes to the shantytown to confront Harish. Harish's behaviour fuels her anger, leading to a revelation.

Geeta tells Jagriti about Harish's actions. Jagriti confronts Harish, learns the truth, and promises to prove his innocence to stop Geeta. Later, Jagriti and Akash follow Bindi, who meets Amol.

Geeta's senior advises her to not leave Mokshgarh. Jagriti and Akash overhear Amol and Bindi. She comes up with an idea to show Geeta the truth via a video call. Amol forces himself on Bindi.

Geeta discovers the whole truth through a video call. Harish rescues Jagriti from Amol and leaves him injured. Geeta prevents Bindi from taking her life, and Bindi tells her about the past.

Geeta cuddles Jagriti but doesn't tell anyone she knows the truth. Jagriti defends Bindi in front of Harish. Geeta reaches out to Amol. Durjan informs Kalikant about Amol's misdeeds.

Kalikant confronts Amol. Geeta records their conversation, and Jagriti also listens. Geeta reveals that she will not leave Mokshgarh and later visits Jagriti. Akash comes to live in the shantytown.

Akash tells Jagriti why he left the mansion. Geeta panics when she finds her phone with Amol. Kalikant makes a promise to Jagriti after she brings Akash home. Durjan informs everyone about this.

Kalikant and Amol ask Ballu to remove Durjan, Jagriti and Geeta from the way. Bindi protects Geeta from getting caught by Jagriti and talks to her. Amol argues with Geeta and Swapna gets angry at him.

Harish takes Jagriti to school. Durjan catches Ballu with a bomb. Geeta and Bindi talk about exposing Amol and Kalikant. The children at school tease Jagriti.

Jagriti visits the mansion to help Akash and Harish's lie is exposed. She then saves Akash from the teacher's punishment. Amol plots against Geeta. At school, the children throw ink at Jagriti.

People point fingers at Geeta outside school and some forcibly purify her. Jagriti tries to save Geeta from them, and Harish beats them up. Amol and Kalikant celebrate Geeta's humiliation.

Akash overhears Amol and Kalikant and visits Jagriti. It is revealed that Geeta is aware of Amol's misdeeds and informs him of this. She goes to the shantytown and asks Bindi to testify against Amol.

Duryodhan explains the consequences of Bindi testifying against Amol. Amol informs Kalikant that Geeta knows the truth and hides Nagesh in the mansion. Geeta arrives at the mansion with her team.

Jagriti finds out where Nagesh is hiding in the mansion. With Akash's help, she avenges Geeta's insult and gets Nagesh arrested. Enraged by Akash's actions, Kalikant makes a decision.

Akash and Suraj argue over Ganga. Geeta gets the truth out of Nagesh. Kalikant brings Madan and Kalindi to the mansion, and Jagriti suspects Kalindi. Kalikant gets Kalindi to apologise to Ganga.

Kalindi accidentally sits on Kalikant's throne. Due to Amol's plan, Sapna gets angry with Geeta and narrowly escapes an accident. Harish saves Jagriti from Amol and beats him up.

Amol informs Kalikant of the next plan against Geeta. Akash records their conversation but doesn't get caught due to Kalindi's actions. Sapna points a gun at her head to make Geeta promise something.

Akash reveals Kalikant and Amol's ploy to Jagriti. Kalindi sleeps in Kalikant's room. Amol and Sapna stop Geeta from going to court. A new problem arises for Jagriti, and Geeta comes to the mansion.

Geeta announces an essay competition at Kalikant's press conference. Jagriti realises what topic she should write about. Kalindi brings Jagriti to the mansion and manages Kalikant's anger.

Kalindi goes to watch the festival. Geeta tries to gather evidence against Amol, but Amol finds her camera. Jagriti promises Akash that she will bring the glorious history of the Chittas to the fore.

Kalindi asks Kalikant to drink water from the shantytown. Geeta comes there and asks Jagriti to hide her. Inspector Singh comes to kill Geeta after getting evidence from her, but Harish saves her.

Kalindi explains to Kalikant the reason behind her behaviour. Geeta prepares food for Jagriti, and the latter makes Geeta's bed. Akash stands up for Ganga and faces Kalikant's wrath.

At Kalindi's behest, Kalikant spares Akash but makes Ganga apologise to Kalindi. Jagriti and Akash take a big risk to help Geeta. Kalikant panics upon seeing Kalindi on his bed.
