Season 1

After forcing the doctor to reveal Indira's whereabouts, Zaara chases after the van which has Indira. Rishi informs Zaara about Indu’s deteriorating health and manages to get a lift to the hospital. Later, Savita calls Zaara to inform her about the police commissioner's party. Meanwhile, the van driver and his companions attempt to rape Indira, but Inder, Indira, and the other patients beat up the miscreants. Later, Zaara arrives at the spot and panics upon learning that Indira has escaped.

Zaara arrives at the hospital dressed as Indira and tries to wake Indu up. Meanwhile, Inder, Indira, and the other patients sneak into the police commissioner’s New Year party dressed as policemen and eat the cake. Munna and Savita arrive at the party, where Munna unknowingly insults the police commissioner. Elsewhere, Zaara hugs Indu when she wakes up, while Rishi, mistaking Zaara for Indira, confides in her that he will choose his responsibility over love if given a choice.

Rishi, who figures out that Zaara is posing as Indira, confronts Zaara regarding Indira’s whereabouts and slaps her. Indu, who still mistakes Zaara for Indira, makes Rishi apologise to Zaara. Rudra informs Rishi that Indira is at the police commissioner’s party who wants to send Indira to the mental hospital. Indu brings Indira (Zaara) to Sharma Niwas, where Kutumbh badmouths Indira, but Indu stands up for her. Later, Indu goes to Indira’s room, where Zaara is talking to Indira’s

Zaara (dressed as Indira) stops Indu from eating the food that Kutumbh intentionally served knowing it had a lizard in it. Later, Indira comes into the room, and Rishi explains to Indu that Zaara had to pose as Indira to save her life. However, Indu vehemently insults Zaara, after which Zaara discloses that she is married to Rishi. Rishi denies it for Indu’s sake but accepts Zaara’s argument that Indira is legally not his wife anymore as she's been gone for more than seven

Zaara is heartbroken that Rishi denied his marriage with her. Kutumbh argues that Zaara made a mistake by bringing Indira back to Sharma Niwas, but Zaara dismisses Kutumbh. The next day, Savita intentionally puts Indira’s hand in hot water, for which Rishi warns her. Indu expresses to Rishi her desire to get him married to Indira, while Rishi tries to stop Zaara from leaving. Kutumbh also tries to stop Zaara, after Savita shows her Rishi and Zaara’s marriage certificate, but Zaara leaves.

The Sharma family partakes in the welcoming ceremony of a married Rishi and Zaara. Kutumbh asks Zaara to kick a pot full of rice as a ritual before entering the house. Indira playfully kicks the pot before Zaara does, which annoys Kutumbh and Meher. When Indira steps on Zaara’s dress while dancing, Rishi asks Indu to take Indira away. Later, Rishi lets Zaara win a ritualistic post-wedding game, after which Zaara goes to Rishi’s room, but is surprised to find Indu and Indira on the bed.

Indu reminds Zaara that she agreed to Zaara's marriage with Rishi on the condition that Zaara will help her revive Indira’s memory. The next day, Indira is frantic seeing Zaara dressed up the way she used to. Later, when Indira ends up annoying Kutumbh, she chases after Indira with a knife, but Indira manages to snatch it. Zaara intervenes and sustains a cut. Later, a doctor advises Rishi to establish physical relations with Indira in order to revive Indira's

Kutumbh asks Inder to massage her legs, while Indu overhears the doctor’s advice to Rishi about establishing physical relations with Indira. Later, Kutumbh dreams of killing Indira and unknowingly assaults Inder, but Rishi snaps her out of it. Meanwhile, after a futile attempt to learn the meaning of a physical relationship from Munna and Savita, Indu asks Rishi about it. Rishi, in Zaara’s presence, promises Indu that he will go to any extent to revive Indira’s memory.

Indira is scared to see Rishi lying on the parapet. When Rishi falls, Indira starts to hit Savita. Rishi emerges unscathed, while Kutumbh, Munna, Savita, and Meher demand Rishi to throw Indira out. On Radhe’s suggestion, Munna, Savita, and Kutumbh go to a godwoman Guru Ma to seek help for Indira, but Munna and Kutumbh are stunned to see Guru Ma’s resemblance with Sunaina. Indira gets frightened when Indu lights a candle, while Rishi gets an idea when Inder gives him some unsolicited

Savita, Kutumbh and Munna bring Guru Ma to Sharma Niwas. Indira is excited to see Guru Ma who in turn is stunned to see Zaara. Later, Kutumbh and Munna force Indira to sit for a ‘Yajna’, a fire sacrifice, but she gets petrified after seeing the fire. Zaara and Indu try to stop the ‘Yajna’, but Savita and Meher convince Zaara otherwise. In the meantime, Indira faints while Rishi arrives and scolds everyone. Indira’s family gets shocked to learn that Rishi has transferred the property to Indira. Indira panics upon seeing Guru Ma and pushes Seher. Kutumbh snaps at Rishi saying that he should leave Sharma Niwas, but Rishi argues that he will stay until Indira recovers from her illness. Savita challenges Rishi to establish physical relations with Indira, to which Rishi agrees while Zaara is devastated to hear it. Later, Savita and Kutumbh consider killing Indira while Munna is appalled at the

Meher tries to convince Zaara not to trust Rishi, but Zaara dismisses her. However, Zaara is devastated to find Rishi and Indira in a compromising position. Zaara threatens that she will kill anyone who tries to come between her and Rishi. Meanwhile, Indu brings flowers, and Zaara misunderstands that Rishi is preparing for his wedding night with Indira. Zaara tells Rishi that she will look forward to celebrating her wedding night with him, while Kutumbh and Savita plot a strategy to kill

Zaara prepares to celebrate her wedding night with Rishi, while Indu and Seher dress up Indira as well. Indu tricks Rishi into mistaking Indira for Zaara, while Zaara is devastated to see Rishi taking Indira to her room. Later, a goon dressed in black hits Rishi on the head and kidnaps Indira. When Rishi wakes up, Indu reveals to him her trick, while Inder informs Rishi about his futile attempt to catch the goon. Inder further adds to the mystery when he reveals that he saw Zaara at the scene.

Zaara vehemently defends herself and blames Indira’s family, when Inder indicates that Zaara maybe Indira’s kidnapper. Later, Kutumbh and Savita exchange words with each other, while Rishi asks Zaara if she had any involvement in Indira’s abduction. When the police search Zaara’s room for clues, Rishi finds a pair of white shoes, similar to the ones Inder saw the kidnapper wear. Rishi infers Zaara to be the kidnapper and forces her to reveal Indira’s whereabouts, but the police take Zaara away.

Indira is kept in a secret room. Later, Rishi receives a letter from the kidnapper, demanding the property papers of Sharma Niwas as ransom. Rishi realises that Zaara is innocent, while Guru Ma reveals Savita to be the real culprit. However, Savita escapes before Rishi could confront her. Later, Rishi posts Zaara’s bail, while she promises to find Indira. Meanwhile, Savita is seen intimidating Indira but shuts Indira’s mouth when she hears Rishi’s voice.

Rishi tries to convince Zaara that he can feebly hear Indira’s cries, but Zaara dismisses his claim. Later, Zaara kills Savita, who was struggling to keep Indira from screaming. Zaara reveals to Indira that she wants to kill her, and narrates how she colluded with Savita to plan Indira’s kidnapping. Zaara justifies her intention of killing Indira by stating that she cannot have a life with Rishi as long as Indira lives, while Indira is petrified to hear Zaara’s

Zaara ties Indira to a chair and hides Savita’s body inside a masonry cubicle. Meanwhile, Rishi decides to give the property papers of Sharma Niwas to Savita. Rishi also makes Inder and Munna sign a ‘No Objection Certificate’, and forcefully takes Kutumbh’s impression on it. Later, when Zaara arrives, Guru Ma, using her divine powers, reveals that Savita is dead, but Indira is alive and is in a store room. Inder decides to take Rishi and the others to an old store room at Sharma Niwas.

Inder thinks that Savita is hiding from Munna when he sees her dead body through an opening on a wall. Adhering to Zaara’s plan, Rishi reaches the spot where he is supposed to meet Savita, while Zaara, wearing a mask, also arrives in a car with Indira by her side. Later, Rishi sees a burning body, when the car goes up in flames. Zaara tries to convince Rishi that it is Indira’s body, but Rishi refuses to believe it. Munna finds no one inside the cubicle, where Inder previously saw Savita. Zaara replaces the original post-mortem report with a fake one and puts an unconscious Indira into the ambulance which is carrying Savita’s dead body. Later, Zaara brings the ambulance to Sharma Niwas, and hands Rishi the fake report, confirming the body to be Indira’s. Meanwhile, Indira manages to escape and later, walks into the house, but no one notices her, except for Zaara. While Kutumbh talks to a lawyer to transfer the property in her name, Zaara takes Indira to a deserted

When Indu looks for Indira, Zaara renders Indira unconscious. Meanwhile, Kutumbh’s lawyer suggests that Sharma Niwas should be put up for auction, to which Kutumbh and Munna agree. When Kutumbh demands that Rishi leave Sharma Niwas with Indu, Zaara announces that she will take them to Mumbai. The same night, Zaara pays a truck driver to take Indira away from Delhi. The next day, Rishi, Zaara, Indu, and Meher leave for the railway station, but on their way, Indira coincidentally sees Rishi.

Kutumbh and Munna rejoice as the auctioning of Sharma Niwas is about commence. Meanwhile, Rishi misses a chance to encounter Indira, who is later forced to beg at a railway station. Coincidentally, Rishi along with Indu, Zaara, and Meher arrive at the same venue, where Indu notices Indira’s doll. After boarding a train, Rishi notices Indira and gets off, while Meher insults Zaara for failing to control Rishi. Zaara attempts to push Indira in front of an oncoming train, but Rishi saves her.

Zaara explains to an angry Rishi that she was trying to save Indira and not kill her. However, Zaara secretly warns Indira to keep mum when Rishi asks Indira about her perpetrator’s identity. Elsewhere, Guru Ma buys Sharma Niwas but refuses to pay Kutumbh the money. Everyone is shocked when Guru Ma reveals herself to be Sunaina. Rishi returns to Sharma Niwas with Indira, while Indu throws Kutumbh and Munna out of the house. Later, Rishi wonders about whose body he burnt at the cremation ground.

Munna and Kutumbh lament about being forced to live on the street. After Indira indicates that her kidnapper is a family member, Rishi makes everyone stand in line and asks her to identify the miscreant. Indu hints Zaara to be the culprit, who starts to cry to gain Rishi’s sympathy. Meanwhile, Rudra hands Rishi the original post-mortem report, and Munna realises that the dead body was of Savita’s. Sunaina informs Rishi of overhearing Savita's conversation with someone regarding Indira.

When Rishi asks Zaara about the fake post-mortem report, Zaara holds Rudra accountable. Rishi hints to Indira that he has realised Zaara to be the culprit and makes a futile attempt to file a police complaint against Zaara. Later, with Indira’s help, Rishi finds his way to the storeroom, where Zaara was cleaning Savita’s bloodstains. Unbeknownst to Zaara, Rishi finds a broken piece of handcuff in the room. Later, Rishi accepts Zaara’s suggestion of taking Indira to a ‘dargah’ to cure her illness.

Rishi learns about Zaara’s plan to detonate a bomb at the ‘dargah’ in order to kill Indu and Indira. Rishi pretends to get mad at Indu when she insults Zaara. However, Rishi secretly informs Indu that he knows the truth about Zaara, while Zaara buys explosives from her aide. Munna and Kutumbh catch Zaara but end up joining hands with her. Meanwhile, Indira dreams of an explosion but fails to make Indu understand it. The next day, Zaara takes Rishi, Indu, and Indira to the ‘dargah’.

Munna informs Zaara that he kept the explosives on a tray full of spiritual offerings. Zaara gladly watches Indu carrying the tray but drops it when Rishi walks by Indu’s side. Zaara gets surprised to find the bomb missing from the tray and confronts Munna. Later, Zaara puts the bomb back on the tray but gets petrified to see Rishi carrying it. Rishi confronts Zaara for plotting to kill Indira and Indu. After the bomb explodes, Zaara tries to kill Indira, while Rishi emerges unharmed.

Munna and Kutumbh reveal to Zaara that they were supporting Rishi. Zaara becomes mentally ill and is sent to a mental asylum before she serves her prison sentence. Later, Munna and Kutumbh join Sunaina in a purification ceremony to atone for their sins. Sunaina gets elated to see Ishaan, but he insults her. Munna comforts Sunaina, and later, they decorate Rishi’s bedroom for his wedding night with Indira. However, when Indira hears a particular song, she runs to the singer and hugs him.

Indira faints after learning that the person she mistook for Saheb is Imran, a Pakistani singer. Munna brings Imran home, and when he sings the song again, Indira gains consciousness. Later, Rishi takes Indira to Dr. Tejaswini, who makes Indira undergo hypnosis therapy. Indira draws a picture of a fair, but quickly goes into shock. Ishaan plays a recording of Imran’s song, and Indira wakes up. Meanwhile, in Pakistan, an Army Major Kabir learns about Indira’s look-alike, Husna’s whereabouts.

During a hypnosis session, Indira recalls how she was separated from Kabir. After waking up, Indira acts hysterical and pushes Rishi away when he tries to calm her down while asking for Saheb. When Ishaan finds Saheb's email address, Rishi sends him a message. Meanwhile, Kabir fails to get a visa for India, while Kabir’s subordinate Sarfaraz shows Kabir’s wife, Noor, Rishi’s email. Noor threatens Sarfaraz not to speak of it to Kabir, who crosses words with Noor and vows to bring Husna back.

When Rishi asks Indira what she inscribed in Urdu, she becomes defensive. Meanwhile, Noor’s father Mukhtar comes to Kabir’s house with military personnel to arrest Kabir. Despite Kabir’s best efforts, he is arrested. Back at Sharma Niwas, Meher translates Indira’s inscription as Husna and Saheb, while Indu brings a holy cow in the house, which signals Saheb as Indira’s cure. Rishi resolves to go to Pakistan to bring Saheb to India. Radhe makes arrangements to send Rishi across the border.

Indira recalls Kabir’s performance in her sleep. Later, Indira writes Saheb’s name on her hand with ‘mehendi’, a dye, which angers Rishi. Meanwhile, Sarfaraz arranges for Kabir’s way into India but is killed by Mukhtar before he can reveal Husna’s location to Kabir. Kabir and Bubbly travel to India-Pakistan border, while Rishi meets Radhe’s contact, and is surprised to find Indu, who sneaked into Rishi’s car. Rishi decides to travel to Pakistan with Indu against his better judgement.

While approaching the border, Indu and Rishi are instructed to hide inside the bags, while Kabir and Bubbly also hide inside the bags. Later, Mukhtar arrives and orders his men to check the bags thoroughly. Bubbly exposes herself to Mukhtar, who threatens to kill her to compel Kabir to surrender. Kabir yields, but Rishi throws a grenade to create a distraction. However, Mukhtar manages to capture Bubbly again, while Indu teases him. Back at Sharma Niwas, Indira senses Saheb coming for her.

When Mukhtar captures Indu and Bubbly, Rishi becomes anxious to save Indu, but Kabir restrains him. Rishi asks Kabir his reason for sneaking into India, but Kabir refuses to answer. Later, Rishi employs a clever trick and escapes to India with Kabir, Indu, and Bubbly. However, when Rishi threatens Kabir with a knife, he informs Rishi that he came to India to find Husna. Meanwhile, Indira slaps Kutumbh for calling her Noor and for taking the baby away from her that Inder brought.

Rishi interrogates Kabir about Husna, while Indu and Bubbly try to calm the situation. Later, Indu tells Kabir that she and Rishi were going to Pakistan to look for Saheb. Back at Sharma Niwas, Ishaan scolds Sunaina for stealing Indira’s food. Munna promises Ishaan to help Indira recover from her illness. Meanwhile, Kabir tells Rishi that Husna is in Delhi, while Rishi sketches Indira. Rishi decides to show Kabir Indira’s photograph when Kabir accidentally ruins the sketch.

Rishi convinces a circus manager to take Kabir and Bubbly to Delhi with his group. During the conversation, Rishi accidentally drops his passport. Later, Noor calls Rishi and informs him that Saheb is dead. The next day, Munna secretly takes Indira to the same circus group. The manager ties Indira to a giant wheel, while Kabir is made to throw knives at her blindfolded. Kabir hesitates but throws a knife when Munna provokes him. Meanwhile, Rishi and Indu return to Sharma Niwas.

Rishi asks Kutumbh Indira’s whereabouts, while Kabir entertains the audience at the circus. Rishi arrives and catches a knife that is about to hit Indira. Indu creates a distraction and Rishi carries Indira home. Rishi scolds Munna, who asks for Indira’s forgiveness. Everyone is astounded to see Indira comforting Munna when he was crying inconsolably. Later, Indu puts Indira to sleep, while Kabir and Bubbly come to Sharma Niwas to return Rishi’s passport. Rishi and Indu request Kabir to stay.

Kabir starts to sing the song that trigger’s Indira’s memory, and Rishi runs to his room. Rishi realises that Kabir is Saheb, and when Rishi sees Indira approaching, he stops her. Later, Rishi calls Rudra and the next day, Rudra arrests Kabir and Bubbly. However, Indira spots Kabir and Bubbly in the police car and calls for Kabir. Kabir manages to escape the police and meet Indira, who faints. Later, Indira gains consciousness and recognises Kabir but fails to recognise Rishi and the others.

Indira is elated to see Bubbly but does not recognise anyone from the Sharma family. Rishi tries to trigger Indira’s memory but fails. Later, Tejaswini arrives and informs that Indira is suffering from partial amnesia. Meanwhile, Indu adamantly calls Indira her mother, which disturbs Kabir and Bubbly. Rishi scolds Indu saying that Husna (Indira) is not her mother. Rishi explains to Kabir that Indu and Husna have developed a bond after Indu found her and that Indu has never seen her birth

Indu gets angry as Indira did not recognise her. Rishi tries to calm Indu down, but she remains adamant. Indira politely tells Indu that she is not her mother. Kutumbh and Inder get excited about the possibility that Kabir may take Indira to Lahore, leaving Sharma Niwas for themselves, while Munna and Sunaina also think along similar lines. Later, Rishi gets mesmerised to see Indira in traditional clothes. When ‘Hijras’, people from the transgender community, arrive, one of them identifies Indira as Rishi’s wife.

When Rishi sees Kabir dancing with Indira, he breaks a glass that cuts his hand. Later, Indira announces that she intends to leave for Lahore and thanks everyone for their help, especially Rishi. When Rishi’s blood accidentally spills onto Indira’s forehead, she notices Rishi’s wound and tends to it. The same night, Indira cooks for the Sharma family, and Munna accidentally calls Husna (Indira) Indira. Rishi refuses to eat but playfully tells Indira to wipe the bloodstain off her

Kabir tries to get intimate with Husna, but she hesitates. Meanwhile, Indu intentionally burns red chillies, and the smoke chokes Kabir, Indira, and Bubbly. Meanwhile, when Inder returns Indira’s bag to her, she recognises her ‘saree’, bangles, and ‘mangalsutra’, but fails to recall her marriage with Kabir.

A drunk Kabir finds a drunk Rishi trying to sing his song. Rishi asks Kabir about his marriage to Husna while recording their conversation on his mobile phone. Kabir tells Rishi how he met Husna and also that he is not married to her. Rishi decides to tell Husna (Indira) about it, but Kabir manages to stop him. Later, Husna informs Kabir that she wishes to leave for Lahore at the earliest. Meanwhile, on Women’s Day, Inder and Munna get the idea of helping their wives with the daily

Kabir asks Rishi if he remembers their conversation from the previous night, but he denies. Indu plays the recording, but Kabir takes the phone away when he sees Indira approaching. However, Munna changes Indira’s photograph with that of another woman named Sajni and Rishi confirms it to be Indira’s picture. Indira refuses to leave for Lahore and continues her treatment until she meets Sajni. Later, Kutumbh asks Rishi to bring Sajni home while Inder advises Rishi to tell Indira the truth.

Inder suggests Rishi show Indira their photo album. However, when Rishi hears Indira badmouthing him to Kabir, he changes his mind. Later, Kabir confronts Rishi for stealing his passport and ends up beating Rishi when he says that Husna is his wife. However, Rishi manages to calm the situation when he sees Indira overhearing their conversation. Later at a dance bar, Munna and Rishi meet Sajni. When the police conduct a raid, Munna and Rishi get arrested, while Sajni bumps into Kabir and Indira.

Kabir and Indira bring an unconscious Sajni to Sharma Niwas, while Rudra releases Munna and Rishi from jail. When Sajni wakes up, she refuses to recognise any of the family members, which surprises Indira and Kabir. Rishi and Munna arrive with Rudra, who signals to Sajni to act as Indira. Indira asks Sajni to take her family members’ blessings and tries to reconcile her with Rishi. Kabir suggests that Rishi call Husna ‘bhabhi’, sister-in-law, and thank her for reuniting him with Indira (

Munna employs a clever trick to spare Rishi from calling Indira his sister-in-law. Kabir buys flowers for Indira, and unbeknownst to him, the packaging has Sajni’s picture and contact number on it. When Indira is about to give one of her dresses to Sajni to wear, Rishi stops her. Afterwards, Rishi gives Indira her medicines, while Indu announces that she is hungry. When Indira asks Sajni to feed Indu, she refuses. Later, Indira is surprised to see Indu dance with Sajni and Munna.

Seeing Munna and Sajni dancing, Indira throws her shoe at Munna and slaps Sajni. Later, Rishi hears the recording where Kabir confesses to never marrying Husna, while Kabir also discovers the truth about Sajni’s identity. Meanwhile, Indira overhears Munna calling her 'Hitler', and later, Ishaan accidentally calls her 'Indira Bua’. Indira starts to doubt her identity as Husna, while Rishi and Kabir confront each other about their respective lies. Rishi reveals to Kabir that Husna is his wife.

Rishi takes the wrapper from Kabir that had Sajni's details on it. Later, Rishi decides to tell Indira the truth about her identity but finds her unconscious in her room. When Indira wakes up, she asks Kabir to make Rishi leave. Rishi hatches a plan to stop Kabir from taking Indira to Lahore, while Kabir secretly tries to leave the house with Indira and Babli. When Inder stops Indira, Kabir misbehaves with him. Meher scolds Kabir, which reminds Indira of a similar situation with Jhumpa.

Inder gladly tells everyone that Indira called him by his name. Later, when Kabir and Babli leave Indira to get an auto-rickshaw, Rishi tries to trigger Indira’s memory. Munna, Radhe and Rudra distribute Kabir’s posters, and Munna manages to throw one poster inside Kabir’s auto-rickshaw. Indira sees the poster and panics, while Munna convinces her to come back home. Later, Kabir loses an arm-wrestling challenge with Rishi, who claims that he will bring back Indira’s memory in 24 hours.

Indira sees Sajni with an unknown person and calls her Mandira. When Rishi asks Indira about it, she fails to recall the incident. Rishi forcefully takes Indira to the venue where they got married, while Munna and the others hold Kabir and Babli captive. Rishi tries to trigger Indira’s memory by recreating their wedding ceremony, while Kabir bribes Kutumbh and escapes. Later, Kabir reaches the venue and fights Rishi. Indira begs Rishi not to hurt Kabir and later, leaves with Kabir and Babli.

A disappointed Rishi tells Indu that he failed to revive Indira’s memory. Meanwhile, Kabir reaches the railway station with Indira and Babli. Indu plays old video recordings of Indira on the platform screens, which Indira, Kabir and Babli watch with utter surprise. Later, Indu begs Indira to stay, but Rishi asks Indu to let her go. While Rishi leaves with Indu, Indira begins to recover her memory. Indira runs to save Rishi when she sees Rishi and Indu in danger, while Kabir leaves with

Indira is surprised to find herself in a railway station and fails to recognise Indu. Later, Indira laments to Rishi that she missed watching Indu’s childhood, but Rishi finds a way for Indira to live those moments. When Indu asks Indira to go inside a temple, she refuses. Indira notices that Indu calls Rishi by his name, and objects to it. Back at Sharma Niwas, Sunaina indicates that Kutumbh let Kabir escape and later, everyone starts fighting. Indira returns to find her family in chaos.

Indira orders everyone to clean up the house. Later, Indira behaves harshly with Munna, Kutumbh and Sunaina but gets emotional on seeing Ishaan. Later, Indu introduces Indira to Seher, and Indira hugs her. When Inder tries to touch Indira’s feet to ask for her forgiveness, Meher stops Inder. Munna gives Meher’s introduction to Indira, who starts to scold Inder. However, Indu confronts Indira for calling Inder by his name as Indira had earlier objected to Indu calling Rishi by his name.

Radhe comes to Sharma Niwas with some neighbours to cheer Indira’s return, but Indira asks Radhe to accredit Rishi. Indira gets emotional to see that Rishi had kept all her belongings with care. When Indira finds Zaara’s jacket in her closet, Munna informs Indira about Rishi’s affairs. Indira playfully interrogates Rishi about his affair with Zaara. Later, Indira wears her old clothes and finds her way to Indu’s room. Indira dresses Indu up in her fashion, and they share a moment.

While celebrating ‘Holi’, Kutumbh has an asthma attack. Indu steals an asthma pump from a medical store and brings it to Indira. However, when Indira learns that Indu stole the pump, Indira rebukes her. Later, Indira punishes Indu for her misdeed, and when an intoxicated Rishi mistakes Indira for Zaara, Indira punishes him as well. To pacify the situation, Munna and the others make Indira drink ‘thandai’, an intoxicating drink, and they play ‘Holi’. Rishi tries to get intimate with

Rishi takes Indu and Seher to school. Munna and the others lie to Indira that Indu is a good student, while Indu’s principal expels her due to poor performance. Kutumbh lies to Indira about Rishi being the breadwinner of the family during her absence, but Meher reveals that she was the one taking care of the household expenses. Later, Indira goes to find a job and ends up at a ‘langar’, a Sikh community kitchen serving free meals, where unbeknownst to Indira, Indu is also present.

Rishi arrives at the ‘langar’ and finds Indu and Indira. When a group of policemen, dressed as civilians, threatens the ‘langar’ organiser to shut down the ‘langar’, Indira scolds the policemen, and Rishi also joins her. Indira asks Rishi about the reason for being at the ‘langar’, but he avoids answering. Later, Indira overhears Seher informing Munna that Indu got expelled from school, but Indu makes a clever excuse. Indu emotionally blackmails Rishi when he asks her the truth.

Indu takes Sajni to her Principal and introduces her as Indira. Meanwhile, when Indira finds Indu’s Principal’s letter, she goes to Indu’s school and confronts her. Indira slaps Indu and asks the Principal to demote Indu to a lower grade. Later, Indira scolds Rishi for being irresponsible towards Indu, while Indu gets bullied by her classmates. Rishi warns Indira that her strict attitude may make Indu despise her, while Indu beats up one of her bullies and announces that she hates Indira.

Indira goes to meet Sajni to apologise to her. Meanwhile, Sajni saves a group of girls, who are forced to work for Raj Rani, the owner of a dance bar. Later, Indira encounters a dying Sajni, who asks Indira to save the girls from Raj Rani, who had recaptured the girls saved by Sajni. Sajni gives Indira her phone that has a video recording of Raj Rani’s nefarious activities. Indira shows the recording to the police, while Rishi coincidentally meets Raj Rani and agrees to fight her

When Indira understands that the police inspector is supportive of Raj Rani, she takes back the chip from him that contains the video recording of Raj Rani. Later, Indira finds Indu wounded, and scolds her thinking that she fought in school. Indu argues that she is innocent while Seher defends Indu. Rishi gives money to Indira and asks her to donate it to Indu’s school so that she can be promoted to a higher grade. However, Indira opposes the decision, which upsets Rishi.

When Indu says that she is running a fever, Indira refuses to believe Indu, but Rishi confirms it. Later, Indira goes to Raj Rani’s house with the police to conduct a raid. Indira finds a group of young girls locked up in a room, but the police refuse to arrest Raj Rani. Indira gets surprised to find Rishi as Raj Rani’s lawyer and demands that he drops the case, but Rishi refuses. When Indira asks the girls to tell the truth, they vouch for Raj Rani’s innocence.

When Indu intentionally spills ink on Seher’s notebook, Indira locks her up in a room. After much persuasion from Rishi, Indira shows the video recording of Raj Rani’s crime on her phone. Indira has a spat with Rishi when he forcefully takes the phone away. However, when Raj Rani’s goons attack Rishi and Indira, they fight them off. Rishi tells Indira that he wants to help her, while Raj Rani learns of Rishi’s betrayal. Meanwhile, Indu escapes from the room, but Raj Rani’s goons abduct her.

Rajrani kidnaps Indu. Rajrani further informs about the same to Rishi, after he join hands with Indira to fight a case against Rajrani. Rishi and Indira hence withdraw the case they filed against Rajrani. Rishi receives Indu's clothes soaked with blood splats on them, in a parcel.

Rajrani warns Indira and Rishi to provide her the evidence that revealed her crime. Rishi and Indira hence visits Rajrani's locality in order to allot her the chip and rescue Indu. Indira smartly rescues the other girl kids from Rajrani's arrests but, fails to rescue Indu and Rishi. Indira further showcases the evidence to the media persons.

Indira mentions about the chip, the evidence that would reveal Rajrani's crime. She presents the evidence during the live tv coverage by the media. Rajrani warns Indira to not display the video footage in media's presence in order to save Indu. Indira however plays the footage but, it happens to be duplicate evidence. Rishi possess the original chip that he decides to allot to Rajrani only after getting Indu from him.

Rishi forcefully takes the evidence from Indira in order to rescue Indu from Rajrani's arrest. Rajrani on the other hand, takes the chip from Rishi and also, kidnaps Rishi alog with Indu. Indira gets the support of police to fight against Rajrani. The Sharma family urges Indira to accompany her, to rescue Indu from Rajrani's arrest. Rajrani slaps Indira, after she visits Rajrani's house. Rajrani however stays unaware about a small video camera attached on Indira's sleeves that records Rajrani's confession of her illegal activities.

Meera and her family manages to rescue Rishi and Indu from Rajrani's arrest. Rajrani however mentions his victory to Indira, as he manages to plant the seed of hatred in Indu's mind for her mother. Indu breaks into tears, as she recollects Indira's confession to the media of sacrificing Indu to Rajrani, in order to protect the lives of the other kids. Indira realizes her mistake and hence, decides to fulfil Indu by providing her the essence of motherhood.

both Indira and Rishi bring a surprise gift for Indu to cheer her mood. Indu however gets annoyed after Indira tries to gift her. The Sharma's family together tries to cheer Indu, but they fail. Ishaan and Seher convince Indu to have her meal. Sunaina suggests Indira to plan for a baby, with view to help Indu have an accompaniment to share her joys and sorrows.

Rishi urges his liking to Indira of having a baby from Indira in a drunken state. Few people from Indira's locality reach her doorstep, to gain Indira's help to solve their judicial matters. They consider her wise and strong enough after they witness her attitude in Rajrani's case. Indira watches a woman getting burnt on a road. She prevents the female from getting burnt. The woman, informs Indira about her relationship with a guy she shows in the newspaper. Rishi on the other hand, informs Indira about Indu's road accident.

Jaswant Rai Singhania a doctor by profession, brings Indu to his home after she meets an accident. Indira and Rishi reach Dr Singhania's house. Indira gets stunned after meeting Dr Singhania who happens to be Shweta's husband. And also, Dr Singhania happens to be person who sent his hired men, to kill Shweta. Dr Singhania realizes Indira's pleasing behaviour to be diplomatic and rather fake, while he interacts with her and Rishi. Indira decides to bring Shweta to the Sharma house, in order to protect her from her husband

Indu weeps while missing Shweta. Indira gets annoyed on Bhim and Indu after Bhim accidently hurts a stranger on the road. Inder's love interest informs Indu about Shweta, to be Indu's real mother. The inspector brings Shweta to the Sharma residence. Rishi and Munna get annoyed watching Shweta. Indu however feels delighted after watching Shweta.

Rishi gets furious on Indira for bringing in Shweta, in the Sharma house. Indu gets delighted after watching Shweta. Shweta accidently informs Indu, about her pregnancy, hence, cherishing Indu as she needed a brother for accompaniment. Dr Singhania learns about Shweta's rescue by a female from the hospital. He hence, decides to take an action against the female. Rishi on the other hand, gets furious on Indira after watching Indu's attachment with Shweta. He hence warns Indira to get rid of Shweta, in order to create further barriers in her relationship with her daughter.

Vanraj informs Indira about Dr Singhania's investigation to find his wife. Dr Singhania watches Shweta at the Sharma house, after he drops Indu at her home. Inder and Kutumbh try to gain monetary advantage from Shweta. Indu gets annoyed, after the Pandit addresses Indira as her mother during the havan that is organised by Shweta for Indu. Indira hence, gets disturbed by watching Indu and Shweta's bond. Indira hence, pleasingly requests Shweta to leave the house after organising a secured accommodation for Shweta.

Shweta leaves the Sharma house after Indira urges her to do so. Indira and Indu rushes out of the house on hearing Shweta's screams. The Sharmas realize Shweta to be in danger. Soon, a bunch of men start attacking Indu and Shweta. Rishi and Munna come to their rescue. Shweta however gets hurt after a goon hits her on her stomach. Indira and the other female members of the family, treat Shweta medically. They manage to protect Shweta and her baby. Rishi and Kutumbh admire Indira for treating Shweta with immense care.

Indira challenges Indu to take responsibility of the family entirely by herself. Indu, however, accepts the challenge. Indira pretends to be Shweta over a call with Dr Singhania and informs him, about her miscarriage. She further schedules a meeting with him for the next day. Dr Singhania feels delighted after learning about Shweta's miscarriage. Indira shows Dr Singhania, his DNA report that revealed his relationship with Shweta's baby. He refuses to agree with Indira at first, but, later panics after watching his wife's support with Indira. The police appears at the scene when, he tries to shoot Shweta. The police hence arrests Dr Singhania.

Indu orders Rishi, Munna and Inder to resume to their duties and earn for the family. The trio makes several attempts, but fails to earn a penny. A small explosion takes place in the Sharma house. A huge amount of smoke spreads in the house. Apart from Indira, Rishi and Indu, Kutumbh and the other family members turn blind after facing the dense smoke. The doctor hence, informs Indira about their blindness to be temporary. Indu refuses to receive cash from Indira, to purchase the medicines for the family. Indu asks Rishi for the money instead. Indira however, tries to hand him some money, but accidently teases him on his bankruptcy.

Rishi gets annoyed after Indira unknowingly shows her superiority over him, by handing him the cash to buy the medicines for the Sharma family. The people from Indira's neighbourhood, starts placing their request to Indira, for helping them to fight their legal battle with a motive to gain justice. Indira, however decides to support them and combines their application to fight the consumer court. With a view to provide medical treatment to her family, Indu sells her precious jewellery, given to her by Shweta. Indira notices Indu while doing so. Indira arranges medicines for her family and also returns the jewellery to Indu. Rishi apologises to Indira for behaving rudely. He also accepts the file of applications from Indira, to help the people gain justice.

Inder and other family members create a messy situation at the house due to their blindness. Rishi sends Munna and Inder as fake executives, from the petroleum industry to the company headquarters to conduct a check. The manager at the shop gets scared after learning about the news. He hence asks the consumers to withdraw their case and allots them a handsome amount of cash as an added benefit. Rishi and Munna celebrate, using this amount of cash. Dr Singhania's wife commits suicide. Her son Bhim gives a letter to Indira from his mother, who allots the responsibility of Bhim to her. Munna and Rishi decide to make money from Indira's deed. They place a board outside the Sharma house that asks the audience to gain justice in return of money. Indira hence, damages the board.

Indira decides to give justice to all the needy that seek for jusice at her doorsteps. She decides to do this deed for free. Indira gets furious on Indu as Indu, takes the money from Inder's love interest, to order the food and also lie about the same to Indira. A mother and daughter in law duo, visits Indira's house. One of whom, gives some advance cash to Indira that Rishi accepts. Rishi reasons it for accepting the money as a token of his fees, on which Indira calmly nods. Indira however, stays ignorant to Rishi.

Indira and her supporters come up with Hitler Ki Adaalat in the Sharma house, wherein, Rishi and Indira stand against eachother. Rishi accepts the case of the daughter in law from the duo, while, Indira supports her mother in law. Allegations and quarrels takes place in the Sharma house. Rishi learns about a hen, around which the case revolved. The hen happens to be the motive of both the females fighting against eachother. Rishi hence, presents a different hen, by giving it a look similar to the one that is lost. Indira however, figures out his ploy and hence, the quarrel continues.

Indira uncovers Rishi's attempt of presenting a fake hen in her courtroom and claiming it to be Praanaath. The onlookers present in her courtroom starts mentioning Rishi, as a useless lawyer. In order to divert people's attention from Rishi, Indira proceeds with her case and later, figures out the pandit to be guilty for killing the hen. Munna accidently informs Indira, about Rishi's investment in the betting business. Indira however, gets furious on Rishi, as he invested the money they received by the general public that gave the money with a view to gain justice. Indira anger crosses its bar and she asks Rishi to leave the Sharma house.

after knowing about Rishi's mistake, of investing the money given by the public in the betting business, Indira gets furious on Rishi. She asks him to leave at once. Rishi and Indira indulge in a serious argument. Indira later, parts the Sharma house into two halfs, by drawing a line. The Sharma family supports Rishi, leaving Indira alone on the other side. Indira challenges Rishi to manage the Sharma household on his own. Rishi however, claims Indira of managing the family solely.

Rishi feels delighted watching the rains while, recollecting his memories that he spent with Indira. Munna and other family members requests Indira, to let them use the washroom that is in the other side of the house. Indira however, refuses them. A married couple arrives in the Sharma house. Indira and Rishi individually interact with the couple that are on their verge of separation. Rishi and Indira decide to fight the case against eachother, as they could empathise with their individual clients. Hitler Ki Adaalat takes place. Rishi and Indira stand against eachother, by defending for their clients. Arguments and quarrels take place between Rishi and Indira. Indira however, gets unconscious during an argument.

Indira refuses to do a medical check by the doctor, after she gets unconscious. Rishi however, gets an indication of her pregnancy from the females present at the venue. He hence, urges her to get a medical check done in order to get a confirmation. Indira on the other hand, stay firm with her decision. After Rishi requests her to get the check up done in front of the family, Meher and Indu interrupt at once. They comment Indira, on her inability to undergo motherhood. The family members on the other hand, feel curious to know about Indira's pregnancy. Indira however, refuses them to answer. The family further, wears a disguise and continue with their efforts to investigate about her pregnancy.

Rishi, Munna and Inder follow Indira, to an organization that dealt with woman welfare. Inder on his way meets a drunken young girl that awaits the arrival of her friend to drop her back home. The girl falls unconscious in Inder's arms. Inders starts misbehaving with the girl, taking undue advantage of her drowsy state. Rishi catches Inder at the moment and bursts upon him. The authorities from the woman welfare organization offer a job to Indira that she sincerely accepts. On regaining consciousness, the girl considers Rishi to be at fault, for misbehaving with her. Later, the next day, a couple visits the Sharma house, with a motive to get justice for their daughter. The couple explain the entire issue to Indira, regarding their daughter. The daughter arrives, who happens to be the female, Inder misbehaved with. The girl points out Rishi to be the culprit. Rishi and Indira get stunned by receiving the girl's accusation.

Rishi decides to reveal the truth to Indira, after he watches the girl pleading for justice from Indira. Inder stops Rishi at first and requests him to stay mum. Rishi appears in front of Indira and accepts the girl's accusation. Indira hands a leather belt to the female and tells her to punish Rishi, by beating him up. Indira stops the girl, the next moment and tells her to beat Indira herself, with a view to hurt Rishi. Rishi gets annoyed after Indira starts hurting herself. He asks Inder to confess the truth to Indira. Inder however, refuses to accept his mistake and behaves innocently. Seeing this, Rishi briskly tells him to confess the truth.

the police arrests Rishi for misusing the money he was allotted by the gas commission officials, for the consumers that suffered losses. While leaving in the police van, Rishi urges Indira to take good care of their baby. Indira however annoyed and disturbed, informs him of aborting his baby. Rishi gets stunned by Indira's decision. On his journey towards the police station, Rishi pleads Vanraj to give him a chance, to prove his innocence. Vanraj hence, helps Rishi to rescue from the police's grip. Indira on the other hand, gets saddened after considering the vicious circle of fate that created a barrier between Indu and Rishi's father-daughter relationship, the one that also created a rift, between Indira and her father in the past.

though depressed and disheartened by Rishi's act, Indira feels responsible towards her family in order to fulfil their basic requirements. Indira's family that considers her baby to be a burden, plan a strategy to support Indira in her decision of abortion. Indu witnesses her family's plotting. She objects her family and Indira on their decision. She calls for justice in Hitler Ki Adaalat and awaits the arrival of her father.

a judgement is taken in Indu's favour, after she requests the court at Hitler Ki Adaalat, to grant her father an ultimatum of twenty-four hours to prove his innocence. Rishi on the other hand, assures Indu of his return within the given ultimatum. Indira feeds her family watching them at misery. However, she gets furious seeing their greediness and irrelevant behaviour. Indira receives a court order that asks Rishi to pay the money; he was obliged to pay to the court. Annoyed and frustrated, Indira decides to abort her baby while, Indu tries to stop her.

while proceeding with her abortion at the hospital, Indira watches a reflection of a kid that pleads her mother, to not kill him. Indira gets stunned after watching the reflection. She realises her mistake and hence, cease her decision of abortion. Further, she notices Rishi bribing the same kid, to act near Indira's ward. She gets annoyed on Rishi and tries to get him arrested. Rishi however, manages to vanish from the premises.

Rishi performs at an event wearing an female attire, for his friend, whom he was obliged to pay an amount of two lakh rupees. His friend offers him to work with him. Indu informs Rishi about Indira's advertisement in the newspaper, for the adoption of her baby. Rishi arrives at the Sharma house and tries to influence Indira's decision while, Indira refuses him at first. Later in the day, Indira saves the life of a female that tries to commit suicide near a street. The female informs Indira about her want to have a baby. Unaware of the female to be Rishi, Indira gives a close look to the female's request.

Indira takes the Pappi, the female to her house that tries to commits suicide near the streets. She stays unaware of the female to be Rishi. A couple visits the Sharma house to finish the paper work regarding the adoption of Indira's baby. Inder gets attracted towards Rishi's disguise of a female. Indira warns Inder to maintain distance with the Pappi. She further announces Pappi's stay in the Sharma house.

Pappi (Rishi) bothers Indira at regular intervals, with a view to influence her decision of giving away her baby for adoption. The other day, the couple arrive with the adoption papers with them. Pappi indulge in an argument with the couple, wherein, the couple mentions their expectation of the baby to be a boy child. Indu also tries to get rid of the couple, by showering crackers on them. Indu gets hurt during the incident. Seeing, the couple's carelessness, Indira asks the couple to leave. Pappi show her affection and care towards Indu, hence reliving Indira.

Pappi (Rishi) makes Indu realise her responsibilities towards her mother in her pregnant condition. Indu however, showers her concern and bother for her mother. Indira, Indu and Pappi make a visit to the hospital for a routine check up. The doctor informs Indira to take certain precaution for her baby's wellbeing. Indira later spends time with Pappi in her room. Indira's conversation with Pappi, makes Pappi realise her bother for him. Rishi hence, decides to prove his innocence to his family.

Pappi (Rishi) attracts Inder, using her captivating moves. Inder's temptation makes him irresistible and he starts misbehaving with Pappi. His curiosity makes him mention the incident that took place with Neha, the girl he misbehaved with. Pappi smartly enquire him about the incident, on which he reveals the entire truth. Indira starts bashing Inder in front of her family after witnessing the scenario. Later, she regrets for her behaviour towards Rishi. Pappi asks Indira to apologise to Rishi over the call to which she feels guilty.

after Pappi advices Indira to have a conversation with Rishi and sought their differences, Indira makes a call to Rishi. Rishi and Indira interact over the call in the different corners of the house. Indira however manages to catch Rishi in the other half of the house and they sought their differences. Mehek provokes Inder against Indira, as Indira slammed her father mercilessly by putting him to shame in their locality. Inder however, snobs a knife in Indira's back on her visit to meet Rishi.

Inder regrets for stabbing a knife in Indira's back. However badly injured, Indira manages to meet Rishi. Rishi get stunned after watching Indira in an injured condition. He enrols her in a hospital but, fails to submit the entire amount for her treatment. In order to gain the money for her treatment, he decides to commit suicide, with an intention, to receive the money from the insurance company. Inder on the other hand, feels ashamed for his mistake and pleads Kutumbh to help him out. Rishi gets clueless after Indu admires him, for arranging the money for Indira's treatment.
